BOOKING POLICY

We suggest booking 60 days in advance during Peak season and 30 days in advance during off-peak season.
The earliest check-in time is 3pm and the latest check-out time is 12 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out are all subject to availability and cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.
Please bring valid identification of all guests upon check-in to facilitate the check-in procedure.
naked HOME are pet friendly. For the benefits of other guests, subject to the facilities of naked HOME hotels, pets are not permitted to enter the fun pools, restaurants, swimming pools, etc. Additional fees will apply, for more details please call 400 9210 518.
We encourage you to join our sustainable action, and naked Home will not provide the disposable in-room amenities. However, if you do require combs, razors and more, please contact the guest service center

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

[Apply to naked HOME Hotels in Mainland China]

Deposit RMB500 or 1000 per room per night is required for each booking based on seasonality; deposit with the amount of the first night charge is required during Chinese Public Holidays (such as Chinese New Year, Qingming, May Holiday, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese National Holiday.

If you need to cancel your reservation after the reservation is confirmed successfully, we will refund your deposit according to the following policy:

If the cancellation is raised 7 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, the total deposit will be refunded;
If the cancellation is raised 7 days (inclusive) to 3 days (exclusive) prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total deposit will be refunded;
If the cancellation is raised within 3 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, no deposit will be refunded.

For the avoidance of doubt, for example, you make a reservation for July 22nd, if you cancel before 23:59 on July 14th, the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel during 00:00 on July 15th to 23:59 on July 18th, 50% of the full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after 00:00 on July 19th, no deposit will be refunded.

If you need to change the check-in date after the reservation is confirmed successfully, we will provide you with change services according to the following policy:

7 days (exclusive) prior to the check-in date, no additional fee would be charged;
Within 7 days (inclusive) prior to the check-in date, an additional fee RMB 88 per booking would be charged.

Full payment required as deposit; if you need to cancel your reservation after the reservation is confirmed successfully, we will refund your deposit according to the following policy:

If the cancellation is raised 60 days or more before 6:00 PM on the day of check-in, 80% of the deposit will be refunded;
If the cancellation is raised between 60 and 30 days before 6:00 PM on the day of check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is raised less than 30 days before 6:00 PM on the day of check-in (including no-shows), 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

DISCLAIMER

IN CONSIDERATION of being part of the naked HOME experience I, on behalf of myself, minors, relatives and other accompanying persons:

ACKNOWLEDGE, agree and represent that I am aware of the nature of being outdoors and the dangers it may bring. I understand the dangers associated with being outdoors and partaking in any activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing. I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to be in an outdoors environment and to participate in such activities.
FULLY UNDERSTAND that:
a) The above mentioned activities has RISKS AND DANGERS of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death (“Risks”);
b) these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activities, the condition in which these activities take place, or the negligence of the Releases names below;
c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in these activities.
AGREE that I will examine each activity in which I take part as a guest of naked HOME, if I observe any condition which I consider to be unacceptably hazardous or dangerous, I will refuse to take part in the activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release and exempt naked HOME and its employees from all liability, claim, demand, loss or damage caused by them or other third parties, including negligent rescue operations, and will not Sue naked HOME and its employees accordingly.
FULLY UNDERSTAND that, as permitted by applicable law, all behavior at the naked HOME hotels in Mainland China shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People’s Republic of China and all behavior at the naked HOME hotels out of Mainland China shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the hotel location.
FULLY UNDERSTAND that I am liable to pay for any items that are damaged in the houses and around the area during my stay.
FULLY UNDERSTAND that naked HOME will not be liable for any personal items being lost or stolen in and around the rooms not due to the reason attributable to naked HOME.
FULLY UNDERSTAND naked HOME will not be liable for any injuries or death occurred during the transfer of guests to and from naked HOME, they provide facilitation and assistance in organizing transportation for the guests (if applicable).
FULLY UNDERSTAND that I am responsible for purchasing suitable insurance for my travels to fully protect my personal and property safety.

PARENTAL CONSENT

I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of being outdoors and the dangers it may bring. I understand the dangers associated with activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing.
I understand the minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release and exempt naked HOME and its employees from all liability, claim, demand, loss or damage caused by them or other third parties, and will not Sue naked HOME and its employees accordingly.
